WE REALLY WANT THIS PROPERTY TO MOVE --- COME TAKE A LOOK! --ITS COSTING TOO MUCH SITTING AROUND...HAVING NOBODY TO CALL IT HOME :(

We are selling an older mobile home located in Manheim, PA. The home is located in a trailer court, Hemlock Acres. The lot rent here is $270/month plus the cost of water (anywhere from $5-$25/month). The trailer is in the last row of the park, which makes for a very nice location. You only have trailers on 3 sides of you, and then an open green field across the front! The big kitchen windows also overlook this! I am listing the home for my grandma who had rented it to my mother for a short time, I live in the trailer court myself so I know first hand, that its not really too bad living here. As long as you know how to mind your business, its pretty nice living here. You own your home, and only pay $270 a month to have a home...not too bad! Anyway more about the trailer. I believe its from the 80's, I will have to find that out for sure though. We have made so many upgrades and repairs in the past couple months its crazy! New carpet was installed by Lowe's about 3 weeks ago in all the bedrooms, hallway and living room. I have included a bunch of pictures so you can see what I mean. We are still finishing up a few small projects, like putting the outlet covers on, handles back on the cabinets...things like that...but anyway may gladly come see the place!

*Kitchen has a gas stove, double stainless steel sink, white ceramic tile on floor, and a nice fresh coat of paint.

*Entry way has a new wooden floor laid, white steel door and matching screen door. New dead bolt and door handle.

*Living room and hallway have brand new carpet that leads into the bedrooms. Also have been recently painted.

*First bedroom has 2 closets, and a built in dresser, that I tried to turn into a vanity. I tiled/grouted the top of the dresser and added a pretty mirror, gives the room a bit of personality.

*Bathroom has a tub/shower. Brand new vinyl tile floor, also freshly painted. This is also where the washer and dryer go. There is not currently a set here, but if you need one, we have an extra that you may gladly have it at no extra cost. Brand new bathroom door is being added.

*Then you have the end bedroom. Not a bad sized room, very nice sized closet!

*Like I said, the bedrooms as well have brand new carpet too. We just had it put in last week.

*New Central Air was installed 2-3 years ago, runs wonderfully (yes, there is still a/cs in the home, they were not taken out, we do not know the proper way to close up the holes so we weren't messing with them)

*Furnace has been there but has always worked for us. There is a current cleaning contract with Schwanger Bros which can be transferred to the new owner. This runs on heating fuel.

*New water heater in the past 2 years.

*New smoke alarms, fire extinguisher. carbon monoxide detector, and door chime.
