I have 2 parcels for sale located in an area called Silver Bell Estates, in Eloy, Arizona (lots 84 and 105). Each parcel is 3.3 acres and is connected on the north/south boundary line. Both parcels are flat with a scattering of trees. Each parcel has power to it, but no water (well or private water have to be used). There are roads on 3 sides, of these 2 parcels. Aries Drive is on the south side, connecting to Sun Land Gin Road (this is the main road in and out of the area). Lot 48 faces this road; Sun Avenue would be on the north side, facing lot 105. Sirius Avenue would be on the west side, connecting Aries and Sun. Both lots face this road. This land has great views looking at the Saw Tooth and the Silver Bell Mountains. There are custom homes to the west with their own private airport. To the south across Aries Drive is a development of 1 acre parcels. I was selling each parcel for $59,950.00 trying to get my money back, but due to the times I have lowered the price to $37,950.00 each and hopping for a quick sale.
